SU640SDWH - High Frame Rate, High Resolution, SWIR Windowing Camera
Datasheet: High Resolution InGaAs SWIR Windowing Camera (SU640SDWH-1.7RT)
Sensors Unlimited, Inc., part of Goodrich Corporation, announces the new high-frame-rate, high resolution, shortwave infrared (SWIR) camera, the SU640SDWH-1.7RT.
The innovative, indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) camera has unprecedented high speed and regions of interest (ROI) windowing capabilities with high sensitivity SWIR spectral response from 900 nm to 1700 nm. The new 640 x 512 pixel focal plane array (FPA) on a 25-micron pitch captures full-size images at 109 frames per second (fps) or can image smaller ROI at over 15,000 fps with 100 percent fill factor.
The all-solid-state InGaAs camera features room temperature FPA operation with a single 14-bit digital Camera Link® compatible output and a simultaneous analog video NTSC output. The high speed camera can also be controlled by serial commands that permit users complete control over the ROI window size, position and integration time. The ultra-high sensitivity, windowing camera features excellent image quality with on-board non-uniformity corrections and anti-blooming protection. External triggering of full frame or ROI acquisition and user-programmable exposure times, make this camera ideal for capturing pulsed or high speed events in low-light conditions.
Shortwave infrared imaging applications include machine vision, pulsed laser beam profiling, high speed motion analysis, thermal imaging of combustion or rocket plumes, free-space communications lasers or guide star alignment, high speed semiconductor inspection, optical switch monitoring, hyperspectral imaging and other real-time, image-tracking tasks.
