Quadrant Photodiodes

Silicon Sensor International AG Quadrant Photodiodes (Series QP) consist of a single chip with four active areas, separated by a small gap. These photodiodes are used in a wide range of applications such as position sensing of laser beams, autocollimators and other alignment applications.
Details

Quadrant photodiode arrays from Silicon Sensor feature small gap, low dark current, high shunt resistance, and high resolution coupled with low cross talk and good uniformity. Versions optimised for 1064nm are available.
