The X9 10 measures the output power of bare or connected fibers,laser diodes, LEDs and any other small direct beam light sources. A 30 mm diameter integrating sphere allows easy alignment of the source for accurate total flux measurements without back reflection onto its InGaAs PTD detector. Calibration and certification to international standards from 850 to 1700 in 10 nm increments is provided.
