FCPA µJewel D-400
The FCPA µJewel D-400 for wafer scribing is a Yb-fiber oscillator/amplifier system, producing micro joule level energy with 1 µm wavelength output. The unique fiber-amplified architecture allows high average power and turn-key operation with no water cooling. Higher pulse energies are available from the D-1000 and D-3000. Applications include waveguide writing, wafer scribing and nanoparticle generation.

FCPA µJewel D-1000
The FCPA µJewel D-1000 for micromaching is based upon the same proven technology of the D-400 series, consisting of a Yb-fiber oscillator/amplifier system for producing micro-joule level energy, 1 µm wavelength output at ever higher repetition rates. The system uses chirped pulse amplification (CPA) in a large-core Yb-fiber amplifier. The unique fiber-amplified architecture allows high average power and turn-key operation with no water cooling.
