We feel that it is of the upmost importance for us to deal directly with our customer's specific working conditions and needs to develop customized concepts. In accordance with this we are continually working to further advance our products based on current technology and by driving the continued development and usage of new technologies.
This is where quality management plays a decisive role. Our quality assurance process ensures a step-by-step exclusion of all failure sources - that means a rise in the quality of our diode lasers. We measure and document all of the findings during the various phases of manufacturing. We then analyse the data to give our customers and us an exact picture of each product.
Any new and further developments are tested extensively: electromagnetic compatibility test, climatic tests, mechanical-dynamical tests and long-term aging tests are all thoroughly performed. We even constantly monitor the quality of our goods during mass production using our so-called 100% tests: prebatch and main batch controlling. Here we have forward resistance and voltage as well as electro-optical testing, visual inspection and burn-in.
