Silicon Sensor's Blue Enhanced Si Avalanche Photodiodes feature fast rise time, high QE in the blue range, and high gain. With QE > 70% @ 400 nm and peak sensitivity @ 600 nm these new devices are well suited for Bio-Medical applications.
Silicon Sensor Blue Enhanced A.P.D.s feature Fast rise times, High Q.E. of 80% in the Blue range with peak responsivity at 600nm. Gains of up to 200 are possible. Arrays are available as well as full custom design.
