Datasheet: Infrared Hyperspectral Imager Airborne Configuration
New to the Hyper-Cam accessories, the Airborne Platform allows the Hyper-Cam to be mounted in an airplane for advanced infrared hyperspectral mapping.
By mounting two Hyper-Cam sensors on the platform, a dual band system can be obtained which allows detection and identification both in the MWIR and the LWIR. This broadens the scope of possible applications.
Applications:
Military
- Standoff chemical detection and identification
- Military target signature analysis
- Detection of mines and improvised explosive devices (IED)
Research
- Gaseous cloud studies
- Atmospheric science
- Geology & mineralogy studies
Environmental
