The AMFL active mode-locked laser series offer 0.5 to 5 picosecond lasers with
repetition rate up to 20 Gbit/s (about 20 GHz), wavelength tunability, and all
PM (Polarization Maintaining) construction for high stability. These pulsed lasers
are adjustment-free, and operate in a turnkey fashion. The applications of these
lasers include photoreceiver testing, electro-optics sampling, high-speed optical
fiber communication research, and high-speed TDM transmission.
