DSI's proprietary Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD) technology now makes it possible to deposit high performance, highly durable AR coatings on complexly shaped objects. Our LPCVD process provides a highly uniform AR coating over the entire surface of your complexly shaped optic in one operation.

DSI uses proprietary LPCVD technology that makes it possible to deposit very uniform AR coatings on all surfaces of irregular shapes. LPCVD also makes it possible to uniformly coat very small parts such as ball lenses. Because the LPCVD is a chemical process at the surface of the optic, and not a line of sight process, all surfaces of even the most complex shapes are uniformly coated with the AR coating.

OEM PRODUCTS
DSI produces a wide range of different AR coated products for the visual, near IR, telecom bands, and mid-wave infrared. These include broadband and dualband products, where minimum reflectance at two widely separated wavelengths are required. AR coating can be shifted to cover any wavelength range. DSI's unique LPCVD technology has its greatest advantage with very small, and unusually shaped, optics such as lenses, domes, and cylinders.

DSI's products provide resistance to thermal shock that is limited only by the capability of the substrate optic material itself. The high durability of DSI AR products makes them ideal for applications where repeated cleaning or exposure to the elements is required.
