JenoptikSince 1993 Jenoptik has been developing and producing high-power diode lasers that have been setting new standards worldwide. In these 16 years it has developed from a business providing products to laser researchers to a manufacturer of high-end quality diode lasers for several applications. This new type of laser offers a high efficiency from very small volume. High-power diode lasers rank among the most promising lasers particularly because of their usage potential in the industry field. Jenoptik has the entire process chain for high-power diode laser covered—from the development and production of semiconductor material in Berlin over to the mounting of laser bars to fiber coupling and optical beam guidance. JENOPTIK Diode Lab GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of JENOPTIK Laserdiode GmbH. The company, located in the technology park Berlin-Adlershof, is specialized in the state-of-art-manufacturing of semiconductor material, which are primarily used by its parent company for development and manufacturing of high-power diode lasers. Jenoptik's diode laser bars provide very high optical output power, excellent beam characteristics and long lifetime. |
Three Five Epitaxial Services AG (TESAG) has been part of the Diode Lasers Business Unit since December of 2008 and emerged in 1999 as a spin-off of FBH in its direct proximity in Berlin- Adlerhof. TESAG is one of the leading providers of epitaxial structures particularly for diode lasers, which has served to make it a very reliable, longstanding supplier of Jenoptik. The comprehensive know-how and extensive experience of the enterprise are based on close cooperation with FBH.

The diode lasers are available starting with 1 W up to 3 kW optical output power at standard wavelengths of 808 nm, 880 nm, 915 nm, 938 nm and 976 nm. All products have an expected lifetime of 10,000 h to 20,000 h or more - proven by extensive tests.
