FLIR Systems has recently become the majority shareholder of Cedip Infrared Systems. The two specialists have joined forces in the manufacturing and marketing of cooled mid- and long-wave infrared cameras for the science, R&D and security markets.

Today, Cedip is a full part of FLIR Systems AB and trades under the same name.

Cedip Infrared Systems was founded in 1989 with the objective of becoming a key player in the Infrared Imaging field for industrial, R&D, medical and defense customers.

Since then, our team of engineers has accumulated years of expertise in electronic design, innovative optics, application software and temperature measurement techniques primarily dedicated to IR imaging & systems applications.

By strictly following the ISO 9001 rules, we provide high quality & high performance systems as a full range of services from specific design to full production capability. Our production facility has the latest tools and machinery, such as high accuracy radiation calibration systems or environmental testing, all within a single clean room.
