Datasheet: Laser Position Sensing And Tracking: Pyroelectric Quad Detector Probes

We've created four new large area Pyroelectric Quadrant Detector Instruments. They include either a 9 mm or 20 mm square LiTaO3 Quad Detector mated to a 4 CH current mode preamplifier configured as a Joulemeter or Radiometer. They are designed for use with pulsed, CW or Quasi-CW sources for applications that include …tracking, alignment and position sensing. Each of the 4 Pyro elements are calibrated in V/J or V/W and can be used to measure and/or monitor energy or power. These probes are designed for use as OEM components in a instrument of your design or with our DPQ-4Track Digital Position Monitor. These probes feature broadband, LiTaO3 Pyroelectric detectors that allow use from the 0.19 to 3000 um. They are packaged in a small cylindrical housing that features an SM2 threaded front bezel which makes the addition of filters and/or optics easy. The output of the 4 CH preamp is terminated into a shielded multi-strand cable with locking LEMO connector. Please see the technical details on the back of this data sheet. A mating LEMO connector/pigtail is included with the DPQ probe if not being used with our DPQ-4Track Instrument.
