This piezo scanner features a small footprint and a low profile (45 x 45 x 6 mm with clear aperture), travel ranges to 20 x 20 µm, parallel kinematics for better multi-axis accuracy and dynamics, and more.
The P-713 XY Piezo Scanner is ideal for pixel dithering/sub-stepping image resolution enhancement applications, as well as quality assurance testing, optical metrology, microscopy, CCD/CMOS camera technology, and other applications that involve moving to specific positions in a small area, and then following or performing a motion with an amplitude of a few microns.
