We rely heavily on these industrial technologies that operate through a heat exchanger, which transfers heat between one or more fluids, essentially increasing heating and cooling efficiency and flow. A group of Pennsylvania State University students are in the process of studying two-phase flow and heat transfer phenomena in an effort to further advance these processes and their technologies.
