Single Active Area Photodiode: SXUV100

Opto Diode's SXUV100 is a highly sensitive 100mm2 photodiode that provides detection from 1nm to 1000nm, with peak photon responsivity at 0.27A/W (at 1nm) and 0.33A/W (at 850nm).
One of the more remarkable features of the SXUV100 single active area photodiode is its stability after exposure to EUV and UV conditions. It's ideally used for the detection of 13.5nm wavelengths or for high power density source monitoring between 1nm to 150nm.
Additional specifications include:
- Shunt resistance @+ 10 mV: 10 MOhms (min)
- Capacitance: 6 nF
- Response time: 250 nanoseconds
- Maximum junction temperature: 70oC
- Lead soldering temperature: 260oC
- Ambient temperature range: -10oC to 40oC
- Nitrogen or Vacuum temperature range: -20oC to 80oC
