Silicon PIN Quadrant Detector: YAG-Series

Excelitas’ YAG series of silicon PIN quadrant detectors are available in three different configurations with variations in active areas, capacitance, dark current, noise current, and more. They do their best work over the 400 nm to 1100 nm wavelength range and feature enhanced IR responsivity, making them especially ideal for 1064 nm detection.

Common features that each quadrant detector in the series shares include:

Wide spectral range

  • <1% crosstalk between elements
  • No “dead zones” between elements
  • RoHs-compliant
  • TO-36 package style
  • Linearity over wide dynamic range
  • Oxide passivated
  • -55 to 125oC temperature range
