Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes: SARF Series Datasheet

The SARF Series consists of Silicon Avalanche Photodiodes (Si APDs) optimized for excellent quantum efficiency and high speed 905 nm range finding applications. This series features very high quantum efficiency, very low noise, a wide operating temperature range, and is ideal for low-gain applications with high levels of background light, primarily where temperature compensation isn’t possible.
