The Mini-HMIR Hot MWIR 640 tactical camera has a 15 μm pitch and a 640 by 512 pixel resolution. Using HgCdTe or III-V Based Superlattice materials, the detector exploits technological advances for improved size, weight, and power for demanding tactical applications.
