Hamamatsu’s G12181, G12182, and G12183 series of InGaAs PIN photodiodes feature high sensitivity to long NIR wavelengths with cutoff wavelengths at 1.9 µm, 2.1 µm, and 2.6 µm. Their NIR sensitivity makes them suitable detectors in optical power meters, gas analyzers, moisture meters, and NIR spectrometers.
