Large Area UV LED Curing System: OmniCure®
This series of air-cooled UV LED curing systems have been designed with advanced front-end optics to provide high power, high peak irradiance, and exceptional uniformity at different working distances. It’s ideal for the curing of inks, adhesives, and coatings in medical, industrial, and electronics manufacturing – specifically in touch panel/displays, solar panels, conformal coatings, and printing applications.
Three different models are available with variations in active optical areas, power consumption, typical peak irradiance, working distance, optical power, size, and weight. This series uses a, multiple UV LED head set up that can be adjoined while maintaining optical uniformity between each system. The result is larger curing areas in a variety of customizable lengths.
