UTC AS manufactures a full line of InGaAs-based shortwave infrared (SWIR) imaging and detection products for a variety of applications including security, surveillance, machine vision, process control, spectroscopy, recycling, glass inspection, imaging through dust, haze, and fog, and many others.

• High QE from 0.98 μm to 1.61 μm
• Solid-state FPA with snapshot exposure
• User controlled exposure and line period
• Line rates from 10k to 76k lines per second

• 4 gain/full-well choices
• External triggering of line and exposure via Camera Link CC1 line
• Enclosed body < 129 cm3 (< 7.9 in3)
• Low power < 3.2 W over 6-13 V
