LASER COMPONENTS offers a series of powerful IR arrays designed specifically for applications in IR spectroscopy such as biomedical analysis. The IG22 array series consists of 256 rectangular pixels made of extended InGaAs with a TE2 cooler, and is manufactured with an element size of 30 µm x 250 µm and a pitch of 50 µm.

Designed for spectroscopy up to 2.1 µm, the linear arrays feature a “dark pattern” due to the auto zero of the input offset, resulting a particularly large dynamic range. Additional features include eight different amplification levels, individual adjustment levels of each pixel for optimal signal-to-noise ratios, an integrated anti-alias filter, and an optimized thermal design.

IG22 Array specifications include:

  • 20% cut-off wavelength ≥ 2.10μm (@ 40°C)
  • Auto zeroing of input offset (<100 μV) results in reduced dark pattern
  • Correlated double sampling
  • 50 μm pitch
  • CMOS – ROIC
