Excelitas Technologies® Corp. Introduces New HeliX™ Silicon Avalanche Photodiode Module For High Performance Applications

Excelitas Technologies Corp., a global technology leader focused on delivering innovative, customized photonic solutions, recently announced it has launched the new HeliX™ Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) Module – employing Excelitas’ leading-edge Si APD detectors to deliver enhanced performance including high responsivity, broadband photon absorption (400-1100nm), wide dynamic range and linearity, and exceptional signal-to-noise ratio. Designed for high performance applications, the HeliX Si APD module is fully customizable; provides highly accurate measurements; and helps reduce time to market for OEMs.
