5 Axis Micro Drilling Scanhead Datasheet

The new 5 Axis Micro Drilling Scanhead is designed with high resolution, precision, and accuracy for applications requiring infinitely flexible scan beam pattern delivery. It features a wide precession angle up to 20° for variable taper and shapes, a proprietary LED optical digital encoder, and a patented high speed beam shifter with operation at standard wavelength ranges of 515 – 532 nm, and 1030 – 1064 nm.
