Job Description: First Sensor, Inc a Southern California based manufacturer of Silicon Photodetectors is seeking an experienced sales person to cover our east coast sales region. Preferred candidate will work from our East Coast office in MA doing sales and customer service. We manufacture a full range of silicon P/N and PIN Photodiodes, Avalanche Photodiodes, Position Sensitive Detectors and Optoelectronic modules. Our markets include medical, industrial, Defense/aerospace, security and automotive. The qualified candidate for this position must posses drive, ingenuity, client development skills, and be a closer. The candidate must be self directed and able to work independently. There is large growth potential for the right person. Travel will be required.

Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of optoelectronics industry related sales experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experienced at follow up, negotiating and closing. Experienced using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; MRP and/or sales tracking program experience is a plus. Experience or education in engineering, electronics or physics also a plus. Must be a US citizen and posses a valid passport.
