Silicon and InGaAs Hybrid APD Receivers - H Series

Laser Components' H-Series Silicon and InGaAs Hybrid APD Receivers offer an avalanche photodiode with matched, integrated pre-amplifier in a compact, hermetic package. The performance of an APD in a specific application is often limited by the pre-amplifier. The APD Receivers in the H-Series are matched with the pre-amplifier in order to achieve the best possible signal-to-noise ratio.
Details

H1-Series
The ultra-low-noise H1 Series is offered in a 12-pin TO-8 package and features a built-in temperature sensor to allow temperature compensation. The maximum bandwidth is 1 MHz to 30 MHz depending on the version. Custom versions with any other APD chips from our product range are available upon request.
