The hermetic TO8 package houses a low noise Silicon Sensor APD-chip with up to 12.5mm² active area, a high performance transimpedance, energy efficient amplifier, and a sensor for temperature compensation. With its 75 MHz bandwidth and high 22 kOhm transimpedance the hybrid is an excellent choice for low light level applications. Samples are available now. Ask us for your customized solution.
