Silicon Sensor Expands Its Product Portfolio With Large Area InGaAs Based PIN Photodetectors

The new series-i and series-ix detectors will add detectors suitable for infrared wavelengths up to 1700 nm. They feature active areas between 0.7 mm^² and 7 mm^², low dark currents, high sensitivity up to 1700 nm wavelength and are available in a visible-band enhanced version, too.
