The pco.dimax HD/HD+, a high speed 12 bit CMOS camera system, is a breakthrough in high speed camera image quality, due to its distinctive ability to simultaneously deliver extremely high color fidelity, fast frame rates, high resolution (HD 1920 x 1080, HD+ 1920 x 1440 pixel) and a variety of operational and trigger modes - all with a superb image quality.

The pco.dimax HD/HD+ is built on advanced CMOS and electronics technology. With its sensitive 12 bit dynamic it enables remarkable fast image rates of 1469 frames per second (fps) at full resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (HD+ 1920 x 1440). The system also features a variety of trigger options to cover all offboard applications that have been required by the automotive industry.
The image data is transferred via GigE Vision or USB2.0 (camera link optional) camera interfaces. The pco.dimax HD/HD+ has a smart battery control, which allows a full operation for 1 h and a data backup for 6 h. The available exposure times range from 1.5 µs to 40 ms. The digital CMOS camera system is perfectly suited for high speed camera applications such as material testing, offboard crash or impact tests or super slow motion movie clips.
