A Q&A with Gary Hayes, CEO, LASER COMPONENTS USA Inc.
Gary Hayes has spent his entire professional career in the laser field, including 11 years as a research engineer at the MIT Laser Research Center and 5 years as manager of the Davison Medical Laser Center. During his 30+ years in the industry, he has written some 45 publications/presentations and obtained 14 patents in the areas of lasers, fiber optics, medical laser applications, and spectroscopy. Since 2002, he has served as CEO of LASER COMPONENTS USA, the North American business of LASER COMPONENTS GmbH.
