Toshiba America (TAIS) Appoints New National Sales Manager

Irvine, CA – Toshiba America - Mr. Yasuo Enami, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Imaging Systems unit of the Digital Solutions Division of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS) announced the appointment of Mr. Vincent J. Giovinco to the position of National Sales Manager, ME/FA Group. The Digital Solutions Division is part of Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc.

Mr.Giovinco will oversee all sales and marketing activities of the Toshiba brand industrial video cameras which are used extensively in the factory automation, medical, machine vision, non- destructive testing and specialty video markets.

"Toshiba cameras have long been used in many industrial video applications which is why the Toshiba brand is highly respected in these markets. We are excited about the appointment of Mr. Giovinco to our team and fully expect significant sales momentum and market share in the coming years," said Mr. Enami.

Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. is the sole source of the industrial video camera products sold under the Toshiba brand in the USA.

Mr. Giovinco is a veteran of managing industrial video and CCTV products on a national scale. During his twelve year tenure at ELMO USA Corp. he founded and managed both their industrial video and security CCTV groups before his promotion to President. At Sony Electronics, he was National Sales Manager for their Image Sensing Products group.
