Santa Rosa, CA — Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), manufacturer of highly durable thin film optical coatings, announces the appointment of Mr. Ken Kino as the new West Coast Sales Engineer. Kino is a veteran of over 20 years in the optics industry and has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University. Most recently, he was the key account manager for the commercial laser division at JDS Uniphase Corporation.

DSI President Lee Bartolomei notes, "We are very pleased to have Ken join our team. DSI's commitment is to produce and deliver the best and most highly durable optical thin film coatings, from the ultraviolet, through the visible, near-infrared, midwave infrared, and out to the far infrared wavelengths. Ken's vast experience, professional contacts, and industry knowledge will help us better serve our existing coating customers, extend our market share, and develop new customers."
