FLIR Announces Trade-In Offer On A-Series Cameras

FLIR recently announced a trade-in promotion in which owners of its A-series infrared camera — a revolutionary product when introduced in 1998 — can take advantage of the company's continuing innovative product engineering and the introduction of the new High Definition SC640 and Ultra-Sophisticated SC4000 line of infrared cameras.

In an effort to provide the latest in infrared, FLIR invites its customers to trade-in their old A-series infrared camera for a credit on a new camera up to $10,000.

FLIR's latest IR cameras feature the following new innovations:

  • High Definition Image and Data Resolution – the first of its kind
  • Increased Sensitivity better than 20 mK, or 0.02º C
  • Super Fast Frame rates up to 420 full frames per second
  • Microscopy down to 8 microns
  • High Speed Data Recorder (HSDR) Add-on – a complete turnkey solution (IR camera, data system, plug and play functionality)
