LIMO Seeks U.S. Sales Manager

The world technology leader in Microoptics Beam Shaping and High Power Diode Laser Systems for industrial and R&D applications is headed for a strong growth in the American market. To manage the growth we are looking for a Sales Manager for the American markets (East Coast).

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Manage U.S. accounts
  • Drive sales growth of our product portfolio into the American market
  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements with our engineering & manufacturing division
  • Work closely with our overseas division to ensure that our products meet customer requirements
  • Generate revenue forecasts and sales reports
  • Help promote products at various trade shows during the year

Qualifications

  • BS degree (preferably technical)
  • A good understanding of laser systems and microoptics requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to interact with customers in a way that gains their confidence and respect.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work based on strategic direction
  • Hard working, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
