Laser Systems for industrial and R&D applications is headed for a strong growth in
the American market. To manage the growth we are looking for a
Sales Manager
for the American markets (East Coast).
Detailed Responsibilities
- Manage U.S. accounts
- Drive sales growth of our product portfolio into the American market
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue goals
- Effectively communicate customer requirements with our engineering & manufacturing division
- Work closely with our overseas division to ensure that our products meet customer requirements
- Generate revenue forecasts and sales reports
- Help promote products at various trade shows during the year
Qualifications
- BS degree (preferably technical)
- A good understanding of laser systems and microoptics requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interact with customers in a way that gains their confidence and respect.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work based on strategic direction
- Hard working, self-motivated, and ability to work independently
